Even as a young boy, I was gripped by an enthusiasm for sports. The main attraction of the village where I spent my childhood was the football field. I spent a lot of time there with the other boys. And when we weren't there, we played in the nearby fields and forests. We were on the move all day.

I spent my youth in Frankfurt. There were no forests and fields there, but there were plenty of sports facilities. I still make good use of that today. I received intensive training in swimming, was in the football club, worked with horses, played golf and was active in the school teams. Strength training was soon added, first as a support for basketball training, later as a sport in its own right. After graduating from high school, I initially studied sports science. After several semesters, however, I changed courses and eventually completed my master's degree in history.

During my studies, the opportunity already arose for me to enter the event industry. I enjoyed the physical and mental challenge of being a stage manager. In the following years, I stood on festival stages like Rock am Ring or Wacken. I managed the stages at TV shows like the Eurovision Song Contest and travelled the world with bands. The top priority was always to create the best possible performance conditions for the artist.

In 2020, I decided to use my enthusiasm for sport professionally as well. Even though I attended fitness workshops over the years, I wanted to deepen my knowledge of sports theory and bring it up to date. To this end, I completed a further education programme to become a personal trainer at the Physical Education College in Cologne in 2021. Since then, I have been working full-time as a personal trainer.

In the past, my focus was on supporting the artist so that they could perform at their best. Not much has changed. Today I focus on you and help you with your performance.
