When you train with me, you increase your performance. You work with your body, overcome personal hinderances and continuously improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination and speed and ultimately your well-being.
In private lessons, it’s not about teaching you what works for others or what the latest training equipment fad is. It is about us finding out together what is most important and best for you, your body and your mind - now and in the future.
In small group training, we essentially maintain the personal connection. Having a partner also provides additional training opportunities. And for many, training with others is simply more fun.
For me, enjoyment of training is one of the most important factors for lasting success. Only those who feel good during training will stay on the ball in the long run and make progress. That's why I pay special attention to this point.
